Allerton Supper Club — Chef Ryan Rogiers

This Allerton Supper Club entry will feature Chef Ryan Rogiers. Ryan and Abbie Rogiers own The Wheelhouse in St. Joseph and Homegrown in Urbana. Ryan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He is also a veteran of the Army, serving in 2008 in Iraq as a combat medic. Chef Rogiers is a farm-to-table driven chef who believes in using the freshest ingredients and the proper techniques to create a vision on the plate.

See all this local chef has to offer with a special meal at Allerton on Friday, Oct. 20. The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.), with the dinner served at 7 p.m. in the Mansion Gallery. There will also be a cash bar available that evening.
