Allerton Supper Club — Chef Ryan Rogiers
The final Allerton Supper Club of the season will feature Chef Ryan Rogiers. Ryan and Abbie Rogiers own The Wheelhouse in St. Joseph and Homegrown in Urbana. Ryan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He is also a veteran of the Army, serving in 2008 in Iraq as a combat medic. Chef Rogiers is a farm-to-table driven chef who believes in using the freshest ingredients and the proper techniques to create a vision on the plate.
See all this local chef has to offer with a special meal at Allerton on Friday, Oct. 20. The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.), with the dinner served at 7 p.m. around the Allerton Koi Pond. There will also be a cash bar available that evening.
