The Farms: Experience the Hops

Connect with beer experts and enthusiasts from across the region at Experience the Hops from 1 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 in the Mansion. Participants will have the opportunity to attend seminars, eat a multi-course dinner with its own beer pairings, and taste plenty of distinctive beers. Participating local and regional breweries will include Brick River Cider Co., Triptych Brewing, Schlafly Beer, Hand of Fate Brewing and others.

From 1 to 5 p.m., enjoy talks*, beer and company with fellow brew enthusiasts. After a 5 p.m. cocktail hour, enjoy a five-course dinner from 6 to 8 p.m., prepared by Weird Meat Boyz. View the menu here. A cash bar will be available until 10 p.m.

$90/person (21+ only). Register here by NOON TUESDAY, FEB. 20. All sales are final.

*Talks from brewers will include:

— History of Cream Ales (Hand of Fate Brewing)
— Hops and You, A Field Guide for Your Palate (Triptych Brewing)
— A Journey Through Cider Making (Brick River Cider Co.)
