Allerton Park has 14 formal gardens, created by Robert Allerton between 1899 and 1946. Join one of our Third Saturday Garden Tours (April – October) and experience the beauty of each garden while listening to the history behind its creation.
Public Mansion Tours
Have you ever wanted to see the inside of the historic Allerton Mansion? Or hear more about the unique history of Robert Allerton and the creation of his estate? Register for one of our Public Mansion Tours held throughout the year. (When the Mansion is not in use, the first floor is available for public viewing.)
Public Hikes
Guided hikes are generally held once a month and vary from tree identification and insect observation to full moon night hikes. Explore new areas of Allerton, learn about your natural environment, and experience the forest at night!
