Location: Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 515 Old Timber Rd., Monticello, IL 61856
Position Description: This is a seasonal position responsible for the day-to-day operation of Allerton’s housekeeping, including performing custodial and service work in the routine upkeep of buildings, guest rooms, meeting rooms, facilities, and event locations.
Qualifications: Successful applicants should be detail-oriented, dependable, hard-working, and able to
work both independently and as part of a team. Schedule is flexible based on candidate
availability (days, nights, weekends, etc.).
Requirements:
–Have a valid driver’s license
–High school diploma or GED
–Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
–Able to work outdoors under potentially adverse conditions
–Able to lift and carry ~50 pounds and perform rigorous physical activity
Rate of Pay: $12.00/hour
