Supper Club — April 7
Join us as Chef Benny DelValley serves up a fine dining experience at our Supper Club on Sunday, April 7 in the Mansion. Chef Benny operates the Pond Street Food Truck, where he serves “Midwest Fish with Modern Flavor.” He is also local, industry taught, and has served in pop-up events and provided private dining experiences.
At the April 7 Supper Club, DelValley plans to serve a Native American-inspired menu, drawing on some of his childhood experiences. Learn more about Chef DelValley here.

The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 5 p.m.). Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. and there will be a cash bar available.
$100/person. Register here by March 30. All sales are final.
