Community Yoga

The peaceful, serene atmosphere of Allerton provides the perfect setting to clear your thoughts and relax, while strengthening your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class c, focusing on waking up the body. Instructor Josie Heck from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strength poses in suitable for any level with cooling postures for the nervous system.
 
This event is open to all ages. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must provide at least 6 feet distance from others when on your mat. You must also wear a mask when not on your mat.
This class is limited to 15 people and preregistration is required. Register here.
