Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and reconnect with your body and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class. Josie from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strengthening poses and breath work designed to invigorate the body and mind while resetting the nervous system to a balanced state. Space is limited and registration is required.
