Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and reconnect with your body and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class in Allerton’s Bowling Lawn. Josie from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strengthening poses and breath work designed to invigorate the body and mind while resetting the nervous system to a balanced state. Space is limited and registration is required.
