SECOND COURSE
Étouffée (VE/GF) topped with crawfish
Classic gumbo (VE/GF) served with white rice topping and andouille sausage
Classic shrimp (greens for VE and shellfish allergies) and grits (GF)
DESSERT
Classic bread pudding served with a praline bourbon glaze
