Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind, while strengthening your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class, focusing on waking up the body. Instructor Josie Heck from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strength poses that can be done at their own level, and end with cooling postures for the nervous system.
Suggested arrival time is 7:45am. There will be a sign-in sheet and basket for donations prior to the start of class.
No props are necessary, but mats are encouraged and you are welcome to bring anything you use in your yoga practice. A limited number of mats will be available for use.
