(SOLD OUT) Supper Club — Sept. 18
Join us as the U of I Sustainable Student Farm and University Catering serve up an elegant meal at a special Supper Club on Friday, Sept. 18 outside at the Illinois Arboretum (1800 S. Lincoln Ave., Urbana).
This intimate, fine-dining experience was created to build a community through a shared love of food, arts and education. Enjoy a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.) followed by dinner at 7 p.m.
Menu:
First course: Asian Eggplant, Roma Tomato Ratatouille, Basil, Sweet Pepper Emulsion
Second Course: Pan Seared Farm Herb Marinated Breast of Chicken, Herby Roasted Colored Potatoes, Garlicky Swiss Chard, Garlic-Shallot Jus
Third Course: Carrot cake with cream cheese icing, candied delicata squash, beet root mousse, ground cherry garnish
$100/person*. Register here. Registration will close Aug. 31 or when capacity is reached. All sales are final.
