3rd Saturday Garden Tour

Come follow a garden tour and experience the beauty of each garden while listening to the history behind its creation. Garden tours typically last 45-60 minutes. All ages welcome. Freshwater mussels are considered one of the most imperiled groups of animals on Earth! The Sangamon River running through Allerton Park has a high diversity of mussel species; 17 species have been documented alive in the park since 2007.
