Allerton will be glad to hold a tentative reservation for a single date for two weeks. After two weeks, a deposit and signed reservation agreement are required to confirm space. Deposits are equal to the facility rental fees for your event. Overnight guest rooms may also be available for you and your guests during your event.
In the event of a cancellation, Allerton will retain the full deposit amount. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the reserved date, 75% of the estimated balance will be due in full. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by U.S. mail or e-mail.
