Third Saturday Garden Tour

Allerton Park has 14 formal gardens, created by Robert Allerton between 1899 and 1946. Join one of our Third Saturday Garden Tours (April - October) and experience the beauty of each garden while listening to the history behind its creation. Garden tours start at 10am in the Visitor Center. Tours typically last 45-60 minutes, and all ages are welcome. No registration is required. Donations are appreciated! Tree Care and Pruning Workshop

Join Allerton Park’s Park Attendants and Certified Arborist Peter Lichtenberger for a workshop in tree care and pruning. Attendees will learn tips and tricks in planting, mulching, site selection, and species selection, among other basics for trees around your home.
