Summer Day Camp 2023

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 8 A.M. ON MARCH 13.
Links to register for individual weeks of camp will be available here.

Allerton Summer Day Camps get your child outside to discover art, nature and science through hands-on exploration. Campers are split into two age groups: Acorns (ages 5-7) and Adventurers (ages 8-12). All campers will learn about our natural world while participating in both planned and free-play activities. Campers will build forts, go on hikes, observe weather patterns, experiment with sound, and more! (Adventurers also have the opportunity to go to the Monticello Family Aquatic Center twice a week. Learn more here.)

As in years past, each week of camp will feature a different theme and requires registration for each week. View each week’s description here. Individual weeks of camp can fill quickly.

Camps are held Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. from June 5 through Aug. 4. (No camp the week of July 3.)
Morning (7-8 a.m.) and afternoon (3-5:30 p.m.) extended day options are available.

Registration fee: $200/week
Add extended days for $15/AM and $35/PM
Lunch, two snacks, a t-shirt and all necessary materials are included. Campers will need to bring their own water bottle, sunscreen, and bug spray.

There are a limited number of partial Day Camp scholarships available. Download a scholarship application here.

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Register Online (RECOMMENDED): Links to each week of camp will be available on the “Youth” section of our event calendar on March 13 at 8 a.m. You will be able to fill out the registration form and pay for as many weeks as you need online. (If a week of camp is sold out, you will automatically be asked if you would like to be put on the wait-list.) If you need assistance, please contact Sarah at sputman2@illinois.edu.

Register in person: Complete this form and bring it to the front desk of the Allerton Mansion (M-F, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Be sure to check camp availability before submitting registration in person. Check camp availability on the “Youth” section of our event calendar.

If your camper will need disability-related accommodations in order to participate, please email Olivia at owarren@illinois.edu.
