On May 10th a group of 13 volunteers took part in the Annual Spring Bird Count, spending sunrise to sunset in all corners of Piatt County documenting migration. Thousands of individual birds were counted and 131 species were represented!
We hope this short video gives you an idea of how diverse a small agricultural county in Illinois can be during the spring migration.
