Location: Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 515 Old Timber Rd., Monticello, IL 61856
Position Description: This is a seasonal position responsible for the set-up and tear-down of furniture, equipment, and other requests associated with indoor and outdoor events at Allerton. In addition, this position will provide security for Allerton property, perform janitorial services to maintain the appearance of Allerton facilities, assist with guest services, and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Successful applicants should be detail-oriented, dependable, hard-working, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Schedule is flexible based on candidate availability (days, nights, weekends, etc.).
Requirements:
–Have a valid driver’s license
–High school diploma or GED
–Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
–Able to work outdoors under potentially adverse conditions
–Able to lift and carry ~50 pounds and perform rigorous physical activity
Rate of Pay: $12.00/hour
