Can you tell us about your company including your services, mission, and goals?
We are an artisan baking company that celebrates community and great bread!
How long have you been in business and where are you located?
We were founded in 2008 and are located in Champaign. You can find our baked goods all across Central Illinois. Retailers are listed on our website.
What will people get from your business that they will not get anywhere else?
Handcrafted artisan breads and croissants. We are particularly proud of our sourdoughs and croughnuts (croissant x donut).
How would you describe your customers?
Amazing! After 14 years of selling at farmers markets our customers are like family.
Can you tell us a little about your interest in Allerton?
My husband and I just love it there. It is so peaceful to walk the grounds and we love all the community events and fun evenings that we have spent there.
Is there anything else you would like to audience to know?
The Greenhouse Café is now serving many of our baked goods (including our croughnuts!); we are so happy to be partnering with Allerton in a new way!
