The Farms: Winter Bird Hike

Join Allerton Natural Areas staff for a Winter Bird Hike on Friday, Dec. 6 from 9 to 11 a.m. Meet in the Main Parking Lot.

In the winter months the Park is home to six species of woodpeckers, four species of owls and a long list of other hardy winter species. This time of year is a great time to start learning about our local bird species!

A limited number of binoculars will be available on a first-come basis. At times the hike will leave the trails, so dress accordingly.

$5/person. Register here. Free for Allerton Bird Club members. Join the Bird Club here. All sales are final. If a meeting location changes, registrants and bird club members will be notified by email.
