Third Saturday Garden Tours
Allerton Park has 14 formal gardens, created by Robert Allerton between 1899 and 1946. Reserve your spot to attend one of our Third Saturday Garden Tours to experience the beauty of each garden while listening to the history behind its creation. Each tour takes you through several of the formal gardens at Allerton and around the exterior of the Mansion. You will learn about the history of the estate and the man who created it, including information about the most iconic sculptures in the Park.
Garden tours start at 10am, and will meet on the Greenhouse Café patio. Tours typically last 45-60 minutes, and will continue in slight drizzle. In the case of lightening/thunder, the tour will be cancelled, and your ticket can be transferred to another tour date upon request.
