Supper Club — Sept. 6

Join us as Chef Garron Sanchez of Caprae Restaurant at Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery creates an elegant meal at our Supper Club on Saturday, Sept. 6 in the Mansion Carriage House. The evening is part of the five-dinner 2025 Supper Club series.

The cash bar will open at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.), followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Caprae at Prairie Fruits Farm, located in Champaign, features elevated farm to table dining with fresh organic produce, locally raised proteins and their farm’s award winning cheeses.

$100/person. Register here by Aug. 22. All sales are final.

About Chef Garron
Chef Garron Sanchez, the executive chef at Caprae Restaurant at Prairie Fruits Farm, brings a wealth of experience from his years working in Chicago’s fine dining scene and the Central Coast of California. A Kendall College Culinary School alum, he returned to Central Illinois to reconnect with family and community and inspires his team at Caprae with his dedication to seasonality and local sourcing. With a deep respect for the ingredients, he collaborates closely with farmers, artisans, and purveyors, ensuring that each menu reflects what’s fresh, available, and thoughtfully produced along with featuring our farm’s own award-winning goat cheese and garden offerings.
