Supper Club — January 18
Join us as Chef Benny DelValley serves up a French-inspired meal at our first 2025 Supper Club on Saturday, Jan. 18 in the Mansion Carriage House. Chef Benny returns to kick off the 2025 Supper Club series with a French-inspired meal.
DelValley operates the Pond Street Food Truck, where he serves “Midwest Fish with Modern Flavor.” He is local, industry-taught and has proven adept at serving at both pop-up and private dining experiences.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.). Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and there will be a cash bar available. See the menu here.
$100/person. Registration starts here at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15. All sales are final.
