Stretch & Sip: Yoga in the Library
Enjoy a soothing moment of meditation in the Allerton Library as Josie Heck with Yoga Off the Square helps you gently flow through a series of poses with the intention of being mindful of and reconnecting with your mind and body. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave students feeling refreshed and at ease. After class, reward yourself with a drink and nice conversation in the Library.
This event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 to enjoy a drink after class. We strongly encourage you to bring your own mat. Limited mats will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must provide at least 6 feet distance from others when on your mat. You must also wear a mask when not on your mat and when not drinking your post-yoga beverage.
$10 for Stretch and Sip
$5 for Stretch only

This class is limited to 15 people and preregistration is required.
