Stretch & Sip: Yoga in the Library
Spend some time rejuvenating during this all-levels class as Josie Heck with Yoga Off the Square helps you gently flow through a series of poses with the intention of being mindful of and reconnecting with your mind and body. After class, reward yourself with a drink and nice conversation!
Class will begin at 10:00am, please arrive 15 minutes early. Wear comfortable clothing; mats will be provided on a first-come basis. This event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 to enjoy a drink after class.
$15 for Stretch and Sip
$10 for yoga only
Advanced registration is suggested due to limited space. Day-of registration will only be available as space allows.
