Take one final breather before holiday chaos kicks into high-gear; attend Stretch & Sip in the Library!
Relax your body and renew your mind during this rejuvenating 60-minute yoga class suitable for all levels. Instructor Josie Heck from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strength poses that can be done at their own level, and end with cooling postures for the nervous system. After class, unwind with a glass of wine and good conversation.
Yoga will begin at 6:30pm in the Allerton Library. Please arrive 15 minutes early and wear comfortable clothing. Mats will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. This event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 to enjoy a glass of wine after class.
$15 for Stretch & Sip; $10 for Stretch-only. Advance registration is suggested due to limited space. Day-of registration will only be available as space allows.
