Make Macramé in the Mansion
Join Macy McCall of TwinFringe for a macramé workshop at 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27 in the Mansion Library. McCall, a fiber artist, will guide participants in the making of their own macramé wall hangings. Attendees will be taught beginner knots, how to attach beads to their work, and leave with a 12″ wide wall hanging that can spruce up any home.
No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be included. The cost to participate is $70/person.

About the artist
Macy McCall is a fiber artist located in Champaign. She began making fiber art in 2018 as a creative outlet during her twin pregnancy. Now, Macy runs her small business, TwinFringe, where she sells her handmade fiber art and teaches macramé workshops. Besides macramé, Macy enjoys weaving, gardening, yoga, hiking, and cooking.
