While she specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow the most popular classes are Beginners Yoga\, Chair Yoga\, Kids classes\, Yin Yoga\, Restorative Yoga\, and Gentle Flow.\nShe teaches Community Yoga and Full Moon classes through The Farms at Allerton Park and Retreat Center and provides free classes at Monticello Middle School and Monticello High School.
