Fireside Friday — Fireflies and Flashlight Tag

One of the best things about summer is doing things around the campfire! Come join us for Fireside Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. on June 30  for a talk about fireflies and other bugs with Tommy McElrath, the Insect Collection Manager with The Illinois Natural History Survey. Then do as the fireflies do for a game of Flashlight Tag.

A cash bar will be open from 6 to 9 p.m. S’mores will be served. Please bring your own flashlight and lawn chairs!

$5/person, children under five are free. Register here. All sales are final.

Fireside Fridays are also scheduled for July 28 (Jam Session), Aug. 18 (whittling), Sept. 15 (stargazing), Oct. 13 (spiders, bats and creepy crawlies) and Nov. 3 (subject TBD).
