The Farms: Environmental Art

Learn more about the creative processes of current artist-in-residence Dodd Holsapple at Environmental Art on Tuesday, March 18 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Mansion Library.

Holsapple’s work bridges the gap between environmental science and art expression, creating a contemporary visual artwork that explores climate change, environmental science and landscape. Using innovative painting techniques, layered color theory and a thoughtful approach to spatial design, he brings a unique approach portraying a sense of place.

At this presentation, Holsapple will present works he has created at Allerton within the themes of architecture, sculpture, landscape and scenic gardens.
