The Farms: Community Yoga

Experience Level: Beginner

Connect with your body in a peaceful environment during one of our winter 2025 Community Yoga classes on Wednesdays, Jan. 29, Feb. 5, March 5 and April 9 from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Mansion Library.

Josie Heck with Yoga Off the Square will help you gently flow through a series of poses with the intention of being mindful of and reconnecting with your mind and body. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave students feeling refreshed and at ease.

Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.

Registration is required here one week prior to each session. Community classes are donation-based to help support the Park and public programs. Make your gift in-person or online.

Please print and sign the liability form and bring it with you to class.

If you will need disability-related accommodations to participate, please email Kirstin Midiola at mindiola@illinois.edu.
