DESCRIPTION:Experience Level: Beginner/Ages 10+ (minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult) \nTurn your backyard into a birding hotspot at Backyard Bird Feeding on Friday\, November 13 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Studio. \nLearn how to choose the right birdseed and feeders to attract a wide variety of Central Illinois birds\, along with tips for feeder placement and keeping squirrels and raccoons off your feeders.  We’ll also cover bird identification\, preventing window strikes\, and attracting Ruby-throated Hummingbirds and Baltimore Orioles to your yard. Whether you’re new to bird feeding or looking to improve your backyard setup\, you’ll leave with practical tips to bring more birds to your feeders. \n$10/person*; free for Allerton Bird Club Members. Register here. Registration closes Nov 12 or when capacity is reached.
