DESCRIPTION:Do some holiday shopping\, support local makers and learn about Allerton’s folk school at The Farms: Winter Market on Friday and Saturday\, Dec. 19-20 from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Mansion. \nBesides selling their handmade creations\, instructors from The Farms will share information about their craft and do informal demonstrations. Find a list of vendors here. \nBoth evenings will include food trucks\, indoor and outdoor bars and an opportunity to stroll through Holiday GLOW. The Greenhouse Café will be open from 5-8 p.m. with a limited menu. \nJoin us for a night of festive community fun and learn more about getting involved with The Farms! \nComplete your visit with an overnight stay in the Mansion or one of our guesthouses. View rooms and make a reservation online or by calling 217-333-3287. \n$10/vehicle\, payable upon arrival*.
