SUMMARY:The Farms: Pop-Up Art Show
DESCRIPTION:Come see the artwork created by Dodd Holsapple during his current residency at a Pop-Up Art Show on Friday\, March 28 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Mansion Library.\nThe Southern California-based painter and sculptor has generated 18 paintings during his three-week residency at the Park\, all of which will be on display at the show. They reflect the architecture\, sculpture and landscape of Allerton while using Holsapple’s method of infusing scientific data into his art to create abstract pieces that have recognizable features.\nThere is no charge to attend the art show and tickets are not required.\nConsider making a weekend out of it and stay overnight with our Weekend Wind Down\, which will include discounted rooms ($110/night + tax) and optional activities like Friday night’s Zoo Improv Show and a Foraging Walk Saturday afternoon.
