An Evening With Poe

Enjoy a one-act performance by Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre and listen to haunting stories and poems from Edgar Allan Poe within the grandeur and mystery of the Allerton Mansion. There will be two live performances — at 7 p.m. on Oct. 30 and 31 — as we recite tales written by Poe in the Mansion Library.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m., where you can stop at the Solarium bar for a hand-crafted Poe Cocktail and enjoy the ambiance of the Mansion gallery. Or take your drink outside to the moonlit Koi Pond patio.

Following the performance, take a self-guided tour from 8 to 9 p.m. through the Mansion by candlelight. Who knows…. you may see the spirit that some say haunts the Allerton grounds.

Tickets are $25 each, with a capacity of 50 per performance. All sales are final.
