Allerton Supper Club — Ling Kuhn

Join us for an elegant dinner with featured chef Ling Kuhn. Ling is a graduate of the University of Illinois Hospitality Management Program. During her time at Illinois she was involved with the student-run café, Bevier Café and the student-run dining restaurant Spice Box.  Kuhn joined Michael’s Catering in 2019 then became owner in 2023, building relationships with clients and creating a party that exceeds her client’s needs.

See all this local chef has to offer with a special meal at Allerton on Saturday, July 8. The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6:30 p.m. (Supper Club members will have access at 6 p.m.), with the dinner served at 7 p.m. in the Mansion Gallery. There will also be a cash bar available that evening.
