CAMP LOST GARDEN SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Camp Lost Garden (CLG), an adult summer camp, was a huge success during its inaugural year in 2023, and we are thrilled to offer two sessions (summer & fall) this year! Event sponsors will allow us to offer a variety of recreational and educational activities for this year’s campers, and in return, offer you some unique marketing avenues and opportunities for connection (see below).

Last year’s attendees ranged in age from 34-72, with an average age of 47. The majority of campers came from Champaign, Urbana, Springfield, and Rantoul.

PRESENTING SPONSOR: $3,000 (both summer and fall)
-Prominent logo on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Prominent logo on participant t-shirt and on the front page of itinerary
-Organization highlight/interview in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to host a table and/or address campers at a mutually agreed upon time
-Two complimentary Camp Lost Garden registrations (per session) + opportunity to purchase more at a discounted rate

SATURDAY NIGHT THEME PARTY: $1,000 (summer beach party or fall barn dance)
-Logo on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Logo on participant keepsake t-shirt and on-site during Saturday’s party
-Organization highlight/interview in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to host a table at a mutually agreed upon time
-Opportunity to purchase Camp Lost Garden registrations at a discounted rate

THURSDAY NIGHT KICKOFF PARTY: $1,000 (summer or fall)
-Logo on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Logo on participant keepsake t-shirt and on-site during Thursday’s party
-Organization highlight/interview in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to host a table at a mutually agreed upon time
-Opportunity to purchase Camp Lost Garden registrations at a discounted rate

4-H CHALLENGE COURSE: $750 (summer or fall)
-Logo on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Logo on participant keepsake t-shirt
-Organization mention in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to host a table at a mutually agreed upon time
-Opportunity to purchase Camp Lost Garden registrations at a discounted rate

BLOODY MARY/MIMOSA BAR BRUNCH: $500 (summer or fall)
-Name on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Name on participant keepsake t-shirt
-Organization mention in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to purchase Camp Lost Garden registrations at a discounted rate

KOMBUCHA/MOCKTAIL OPTIONS: $500 (summer or fall)
-Name on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Name on participant keepsake t-shirt
-Organization mention in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
-Opportunity to purchase Camp Lost Garden registrations at a discounted rate

WORKSHOPS: $300 (summer or fall)
-Name on website, social media, and marketing materials
-Name on participant keepsake t-shirt
-Organization mention in enews and on social media
-Thanked in announcements during the event
