Allerton provides the perfect setting to relax and unwind, while strengthening your mind, body, and spirit. All levels are welcome for this donation-based class, focusing on waking up the body, listening to the sounds of the Park, and staying present. Instructor Josie Heck from Yoga Off the Square will lead students through strength poses that can be done at their own level, and end with cooling postures for the nervous system.
9-10am on the Bowling Green (Just east of the Mansion; park in the main Retreat Center Parking lot. Suggested arrival time – 8:45am.)
This is a donation-based class. All contributions will go towards the Volunteer Program at Allerton.
Please print and sign the liability form and bring it with you to class.
No props are necessary, but mats are encouraged and you are welcome to bring anything you use in your yoga practice. A limited number of mats will be available for use. Please dress comfortably and BYOBugspray if desired.
